I have never use a better blog writer in my life. Windows Live has broken new doors when it comes to features there working hard each and everyday to give us more and continuing to offer so much.

1-I will try to explain how to use the advanced feature with Windows Live.

Changing text colors, and background, are very simple If you notice in your left hand menu you will see the "Customize" tab click on that.

2-After clicking on the "Customized"tab you will see the "Advanced" link click on that

3-In the next section you will see a pop up "Advanced" menu this is were you can changes just about any section of your Blog.

4-If you would like to change the BGCOLOR of your Window's Live page use this option. Just click on "Backgrounds" colors.

5-Changing your "FONT" style and size is a one step process. Choose from the drop down menu the style font you want repeat this process to change text colors also..

6-Using this menu will allow you to use Default Themes. Hide all background images it will even let you use Custom images for your page.

7-After you have made your changes click on the Close tab at the bottom of the drop down menu to close all pop-up windows. Then at the top of your live Space you will see the SAVE tab click on that and your done.
