I wanted to try my hand at creating a simple video to demonstrate the use of a new feature in Outlook® 2010 called Quick Steps. Using Windows Movie Maker and the Community Clips recorder I was able to accomplish this task with ease. For this particular video, I chose the default Publish to YouTube option within Movie Maker. After viewing it on the web, I’m going to try my next one using the settings Technogran recommended in her post.
In short, Quick Steps are one step solutions to many of the routine tasks performed in Outlook®. Using one-click I can generate an email to my team or respond and subsequently delete an email. The possibilities are endless.
